Billing: Double Charges, Failed Payments, Unexpected Charges
If you notice a billing discrepancy, the steps below will help resolve it.
Step 1: Review your payment history.
Log into your account at https://thecncsidehustle.com/wp-login.php and navigate to https://thecncsidehustle.com/my-account/.
You will see a record of all payments associated with your account. Compare these records with your bank or credit card statement.
Step 2: If you were charged twice.
Duplicate charges are uncommon, but if you believe you have been charged twice, please email team@andybirdbuilds.com with the following:
- Your name and account email address
- The date(s) of the charges in question
- The charge amount(s)
- A screenshot from your bank statement, if available
Our team will investigate promptly. If a duplicate charge is confirmed, a refund will be issued for the extra payment.
Step 3: If your payment failed at checkout.
Payment failures at checkout are typically caused by one of the following:
- Incorrect card details: Please verify your card number, expiration date, and billing zip code.
- International transaction restrictions: Some banks flag online purchases originating from other countries. Contact your bank to authorize the transaction, then try again.
- Insufficient funds: Confirm that the card has sufficient available balance.
- Browser-related issues: Try using a different browser or clearing your cache. Outdated session data can occasionally interfere with the checkout process.
If the issue persists, please email team@andybirdbuilds.com and our team will help you complete your purchase through an alternative method.
Step 4: If you see an unexpected charge.
An unrecognized charge may be a subscription renewal. Please check your account settings to confirm whether you have an active subscription. If the charge is not associated with your account, please email us and our team will resolve it.
Refund processing times:
Once a refund is initiated on our end, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Processing times are determined by your financial institution.
