Didn't Receive Your Login Email After Purchase

If you have not received your login credentials after completing your purchase, please follow these steps.

Most login emails are delivered within 5 to 10 minutes of purchase. In some cases, it may take slightly longer.

Please check the following locations:

• Outlook / Hotmail: Check your Junk folder.
• Yahoo: Check your Spam folder.
• iCloud / Apple Mail: Check your Junk folder.

If you have not received the email after 30 minutes:

Click the "Forgot Password?" link and enter the email address associated with your account.

A password reset link will be sent to your inbox within a few minutes.

If you don't see the reset email:

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• If you use Gmail, check your Promotions tab.
• If you use Outlook, check your Junk folder.
• Allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive before trying again.
