How To Request A Refund

With thousands of students already building real CNC projects, Andy Bird Builds courses are designed to get you making things from day one - whether you're completely new to CNC or looking to turn it into a side hustle.

Our courses are priced at a fraction of what you'd spend on trial-and-error learning or in-person workshops. With lifetime access to project files, video lessons, and a supportive community, the courses are designed to be a straightforward investment for anyone serious about CNC.

That said, we want to make sure there's absolutely zero risk when you enroll, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

To request a refund, please follow the below steps:

  1. Confirm your eligibility:  If you've recently enrolled and feel the course isn't the right fit, simply reach out to Andy Bird Builds Support within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund.
  2. Submit your refund request:  Send an email to team@andybirdbuilds.com with the following:
    • Your full name
    • The email address associated with your account
    • The product purchased
    • A brief reason for your request (this helps us continue improving the course experience)
  3. Next steps:  Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours. Please note that refunds will be processed to your original payment method. You can expect to see the refund on your card statement within 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution). Once a refund has been processed, access to course materials will be revoked. If you'd like to re-enroll in the future, a new purchase will be required.

Not sure if a refund is the right call?
