Can't Access Your Course After Purchase

Here are the quickest things to try when you can’t log in.

If you've completed your purchase but are unable to find your course, the steps below should help resolve the issue.

Step 1: Log into your account.

Use the login page: http://thecncsidehustle.com/login/ (or https://thecncsidehustle.com/wp-login.php) and try your enrollment email + password.

Step 2: Navigate to your course dashboard.

Once logged in, go to https://thecncsidehustle.com/courses/?type=my-courses. Your enrolled course and all available modules will be displayed there.

Step 3: If the course is not visible after logging in:

This is typically caused by one of two things:

  • You may be signed in with a different email address than the one used to make your purchase. Please log out and sign back in with the email address that received your order confirmation.
  • There may be a brief delay in account activation after purchase. Please allow 15 to 30 minutes and try again.

Step 4: If the issue persists:

Please email team@andybirdbuilds.com with the email address used for your purchase and your order confirmation number, if available. Our team will restore your access promptly.
