Can't Access Your Course After Purchase

We are so sorry that you are having trouble accessing the course!

If you've completed your purchase but are unable to find your course, please follow the steps listed below to try and resolve the issue.

Step 1:  Log into your account

• Go to http://thecncsidehustle.com/login/ (or https://thecncsidehustle.com/wp-login.php). From there, enter the email you used at the time of purchase and your password.
• If your password is not working for you, you can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link and entering the email address associated with your account (the email address you entered while purchasing the course). A password reset link will be sent to your inbox within a few minutes. If you don't see the Password Reset email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder (If you use Gmail, check your Promotions tab; if you use Outlook, check your Junk folder). Please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive before trying again.

Step 2:  Navigate to your course dashboard

Once logged in, go to https://thecncsidehustle.com/courses/?type=my-courses. The course(s) you are enrolled in and all available modules will be displayed there.

Step 3:  If the course is not visible after logging in

This is typically caused by one of two things:

• You may be signed in with a different email address than the one used to make your purchase. Please log out and sign back in with the email address that received your order confirmation.
• There may be a brief delay in account activation after purchase. Please allow 15 to 30 minutes, then try logging in again.

Step 4:  If the issue persists

Please email team@andybirdbuilds.com with your full name, email address used for your purchase, and your order confirmation number (if available). Our team will review your account and restore your access promptly.

Please note:  All course materials are accessed online through the member area. There is nothing that you will need to download or install before getting started. Even the CNC Softwares (CAD, CAM, Control Software, G-code) can be downloaded/setup after you get started with the course - Andy goes through the different machines and softwares in the first modules of each course.
